How to install the ReplyRabbit module

ReplyRabbit installs like any other FreeScout module: download the module, add it to your FreeScout Modules folder, activate it in the admin, and clear the cache. The whole process takes a couple of minutes.

ReplyRabbit ships as two builds. A free account downloads a free build with core drafting features. A Pro or Team licence downloads the full build, which includes the paid-only features for that plan. Both install the same way. See Free vs paid ReplyRabbit builds for what each build includes.

Step by step

1. Download ReplyRabbit

   New to ReplyRabbit? Sign in to download the free build. Already have a Pro or Team licence? Download the full build from your account dashboard at app.replyrabbit.app/dashboard.

2. Add it to your Modules folder

   Unzip it and place the ReplyRabbit folder inside your FreeScout Modules directory, so you have Modules/ReplyRabbit.

3. Activate the module

   In FreeScout, go to Manage → Modules, find ReplyRabbit, and click Activate.

4. Clear the cache

   From your FreeScout root, run:

   terminal

   Copy

   php artisan freescout:clear-cache

Updating ReplyRabbit

Once ReplyRabbit is installed, you can update it straight from the FreeScout admin, no manual download needed. When a newer version is available, open Manage → Modules, and an Update option appears next to ReplyRabbit. Click it and FreeScout fetches and installs the latest version for you, keeping the same build (free or paid) you already have installed.

You can always update manually instead: download the matching build for your licence from your dashboard or the free signup, replace the Modules/ReplyRabbit folder with the new one, and clear the cache.
