How to install the ReplyRabbit module
ReplyRabbit installs like any other FreeScout module: download the module, add it to your FreeScout Modules folder, activate it in the admin, and clear the cache. The whole process takes a couple of minutes.
Before you start
You need a working FreeScout install. If you do not have one yet, see How to install FreeScout.
Step by step
Download ReplyRabbit
Download the latest module package: ReplyRabbit.zip.Add it to your Modules folder
Unzip it and place theReplyRabbitfolder inside your FreeScoutModulesdirectory, so you haveModules/ReplyRabbit.exampleunzip ReplyRabbit.zip mv ReplyRabbit /path/to/freescout/Modules/Activate the module
In FreeScout, go to Manage → Modules, find ReplyRabbit, and click Activate.Clear the cache
From your FreeScout root, run:terminalphp artisan freescout:clear-cache
Updating ReplyRabbit
Once ReplyRabbit is installed, you can update it straight from the FreeScout admin, no manual download needed. When a newer version is available, open Manage → Modules, and an Update option appears next to ReplyRabbit. Click it and FreeScout fetches and installs the latest version for you.
You can always update manually instead: download the latest ReplyRabbit.zip, replace the Modules/ReplyRabbit folder with the new one, and clear the cache.
