Setup steps

1. Download module

   Download the ReplyRabbit module package from your account. Free accounts get the free build; Pro and Team accounts get the full build for that plan.

2. Copy module

   Copy the ReplyRabbit module folder into the FreeScout Modules directory.

3. Activate module

   Activate the module in FreeScout and clear cache.

4. Open settings

   Open a mailbox and choose ReplyRabbit settings.

5. Test draft

   Connect a provider and generate a low-risk test draft.

Quality and privacy checks

• Confirm server file ownership matches the rest of FreeScout.
• Do not paste provider keys into public notes, screenshots, or chat.
• Use the troubleshooting guide if the module does not appear after activation.

What to avoid

• Do not treat AI output as a final customer reply.
• Do not invent product behavior, account facts, refunds, timelines, or integration details.
• Do not move support data into tools your team has not approved for that customer context.
